The team behind Film Crew Collective consists of industry professionals and crew who have dealt first-hand with the challenges of finding work, and finding the right people for a project. Our aim is to make that process as painless as possible, with a platform that connects people easily.

Working in film and TV is genuinely rewarding, but it isn’t always easy: the quiet spells between jobs, the constant search for the next one, the sense of doing it all alone. We built Film Crew Collective to change that: somewhere to turn to when things go quiet, and a community of people who understand the industry, because they’ve lived it too.
