Choose a plan and sign up with your details and department. Each new application is reviewed by our team before access is granted, which helps to keep the community made up of genuine industry professionals. If you choose a paid plan, you complete payment before you gain access.

The Basic plan is free. Pro is £6.99 per month and Ultimate is £12.99 per month. The Why Join page always shows the current plans and what each includes.

Basic lets you create your own profile with your filmography and grading, browse The Marketplace, add crew from your chosen department to your contacts, and enjoy The Stage, with its daily news, Video of the Day and updates from the crew.

Pro opens up every department and the full members directory. It lets you see availability and phone numbers where members have chosen to share them, apply for jobs and post your own, take part in conversations on The Stage, use The Marketplace in full and enjoy member discounts. It also includes Personal Accident insurance.

Ultimate includes everything in Pro, together with the Ultimate badge on your profile, a digital subscription to Cinematography World, free entry to all events with VIP access, and a Film Crew Collective t-shirt and baseball cap.

Members can browse jobs posted by productions and filter them by department and role. Pro and Ultimate members can apply directly through the site. Keeping your profile, credits and availability up to date also helps productions find you.

Members can search the directory by department and name, and post a job to reach crew directly. With a Pro or Ultimate plan, you can search every department, not just your own.

The Stage is our home for industry news, the Video of the Day and updates from the crew. Anyone can read it, and Pro and Ultimate members can post their own updates and join in the conversation.

The Marketplace is a community listings space where members advertise and find things that matter to working crew, such as accommodation, vehicles, equipment and services. You can also post a Looking For ad when you need something. Basic members can browse it, and Pro and Ultimate members have complete access.

Profiles and the directory are available to approved members only, and are not open to the public. Phone numbers are shown only where you have chosen to share them, and only to Pro and Ultimate members. You can manage your visibility from your account settings.

We take care of members’ personal data and explain how we collect, use and protect it in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out your rights.

Personal Accident insurance is included with the Pro and Ultimate plans, once your payment is set up, with cover of £500 a week plus a capital benefit of up to £100,000. Optional extra covers are also available to members on request.
